Arlo Pro 4 cameras 2 way MIC not working

Hi everyone

I have seen similar posts to this many times.

Problem Arlo 4 pros 2 way mic not working.

Currently image is strong sound quality recieved is great, but i cant talk to anyone via the MIC button

So basically the 2 way MIC is one way only

Before you ask Wireless feed is strong.

Also the MIC doesnt work via the PC either
