“Your request timed out” Pro 4

I recently upgraded the app and since then keep getting a message “your request timed out”, and I can’t seem to fix it.  It won’t let me arm/disarm the system or view and cameras.  Any help would be appreciated.

Try both WiFi and cell service. Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? How about trying the web client (my.arlo.com)?
