What Happened to Device Utilities/ Camera Positioning in the Arlo 4.0 Android App?  It is in the Arlo web app but I can't carry around my PC with an extension cord...

They removed it in the new "Feed' experience.  Which I think makes sense, since you can just live stream the camera instead.  It is true that you don't get the shaded area at the top of the camera, but personally I didn't find that very useful.

It never was in the Feed' experience in the Android 4.0 app. However, it is in the Arlo 4.0 web app under each Camera via Device Utilities/ Camera Positioning & Motion Detection Test. It is very useful to me as most of my outside cameras are under soffit eves.
