I just got my Pro 4 (4 set), I charged the batteries, installed the app, signed up for an account and followed instructions... but, I cannot add any cameras ;-(
I get them to chime when scanning the QR code and I get to the screen where it says "Looking for your Arlo device" with the spinning radar wheel. It then does that for a couple minutes. Meanwhile, the blue flashing light on the Pro4 stops very early in the process, then goes fast orange for a second and then stops. Radar wheel eventually says camera can't be discovered.
Some details
- I use a 2.4 Ghz modem (provided by SFR - France)
- I'm certain I've entered the SSID and password correctly
- I've tried this on several iPhones and on my desktop as well : same result
Thank you very much for your help !

No special character and the password is a copy-paste from the admin page of the Wifi router (so no error there in typing the password)

FWIW, sometimes I've noticed an extraneous space when copy/pasting - which might be a problem.
Is the router configured to use WPA2?
