I am having some trouble getting my Pro4 cameras reconnected. I had zero difficulty on initial setup. Since then, I allowed my batteries to discharge. So after recharging, I thought it would reconnect automatically. Nope.
I ended up disconnecting the cameras and now am attempting to reconnect. My home network is a eero, so I step outside to force my iphone to connect to the 2.4. The only way that I have found to get the camera to see the qr code is to factory reset ( button down until 3 amber lights), immediately pull the battery, wait count of five, reinstall. Wait for blue light to flash, recognizes the qr...with tone. Now the wait... wont connect. The camera (blue light) times out eventually so i immediately press the button to reenable the blue flash. Wait again. Arlo app times out...unable to connect.
Help! Thx. Vr. SH.

Hello. I have done my best to get these cameras to synch with no success. I posted a problem to this board with no answer. There is no direct voice connect to support. The chat is a dead end. These things looked cool but are simply expensive wasters of my time. Very unfortunate.

Hello SleepyHallow. Since it has been 24 hours without a reply, and the chat is unhelpful, and there is no direct dial for a human tech support, I would return your arlo for a full refund. Very disappointing as these things seem very cool. But with no tech support, it is not worth the time or the money. Sincerely yours, SleepyHallow.

You might try once more - but this time using a PC browser (my.arlo.com) instead of the iphone. Ideally connect the PC with ethernet (which eliminates any confusion on the 2.4/5 ghz radio).
