Pro4 Will not allow viewing of video activity

Pro4 camera. Added app after  months of non use. Alarm activity video will not display. Battery at 97% but Connect to AC power alert present.

Do you have activity zones configured? Those require connection to AC power if you don't have a subscription.

I made the mistake of removing or of my 2 cameras, in Settings. I was able to get it back in the app so I can see video but it remains unsubscribed so it's recorded video erases automatically, if I hit the Library icon.

If you removed the camera, you will need to add it back to your subscription after re-onboarding.

 

Within your Arlo account, navigate to Settings > Subscription > Manage Cameras and drag the camera into an active subscription slot
