I’ve had this camera for a bit less than a year. It’s been hooked to a solar charger and been fine.
A few days ago it started to give the “Your Arlo Devices Appears Online.”
Ive reset it a couple of times and it starts back up and appears fine for a few minutes then goes offline again.
Signal strength says strong so pretty sure that’s not the issue…
Any thoughts?
Thanks

The warranty is 1 year in most places, so contact support before it runs out.
In the meantime:
- Have you tried it in a different location, to see if it stays on line longer?
- Have you tried swapping the battery with one in another camera?
