“Out of coupons” upon registering for 10% off

Good afternoon, I am looking for someone from support to hopefully reach out as I just registered for the 10% off with my email and got an email stating “Out Of Coupons”. Now I am very hesitant to purchase do to the lack of support that is offered and the fact their is no support phone number.
