Having trouble getting Receipts

I want to add to the mountain of complains against Arlo as it pertains to receiving receipts for our monthly billing. It is absurd that I have to request to be sent proof of purchase, and even worse, explain why I need a receipt in response to my request. Arlo should be sending these AUTOMATICALLY AS REQUIRED.
