I’ve ordered $888 worth of equipment (4 cams, doorbell). Never received order confirmation. Card charged $888 AND another mystery charge for $481 (for what I do not know). No way to get support through app, chat or contact support because I don’t have a plan. I don’t have a plan because equipment hasn’t arrived. Help?!

Help me. I tried chat. It did not help. I tried contact a support person. I was denied access. Where is my order and why did you charge me twice for an extra 50%? What is more order number so I can get help?
