Lost camera feeds. I only have feeds available to me two days back.

I have lost all my feeds even as recent as two days ago. If this was because of an icloud storage issue, then why wasn't it highlighted in my email messages as relating to ARLO? Because of potential scamming concerns, I delete any messages where I cannot identify the sender. I deleted the messages because I am not an Apple user. And I was using these messages to document illegal activities in my neighborhood. Now, I have nothing. Years ago, I downloaded Apple music, and it messed with my Windows operating system, and I ended up having to get a new computer.
I am thoroughly frustrated and fed up with the Arlo system and will be replacing it this year with another product. Your documentation sucks. I have downloaded the manual for my system and it is too vague about everything. I have to rely on what the community has experienced. You need to approach everything as if you're talking to a child. Nothing is intuitive with security cameras unless you work in the field.

Why are you talking about deleting messages and iCloud????
Did you delete these recordings in the app? If not, can you tell us what symptoms you are seeing?

That is what the message stated. I received this message for about five straight days and kept deleting it thinking it was not legit. What might be another reason that I lost all of my feeds? Could it have been the new camera, an Essential XL Outdoor, that I added to the Pro 4 system?

There are quite a few possibilities.
Let's start with these followup-questions:
- Do you see "Library" in your app menu? Or do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead"?
- Did this change when you installed the XL camera?
- Do you have an Arlo Secure Subscription?
