Why is my system not working?
Look like Arlo wants to force me into getting their subscription. My base station stopped working after the free recording ended, and I was unable to test my base station in order to return if not working before the 30 days return window.
Why is this organization using deceptive advertising?
Should I go ahead and destroy anything Arlo and get alternate way of monitoring my property? This very frustrating, this is classic definition of stealing from consumers by trick. I expect an Arlo person to read this and respond, fix my system and I will be on my way. If no response, I will do my best to let every

Why do you think that the base has stopped working?
If the free trial has expired then cloud recordings stop until you pay for a subscription.
