I have 2 Arlo Pro 4 cameras and they will not connect to my Arlo App. I have reset them also

I have 2 Arlo Pro 4 cameras and they will not connect to my Arlo App. I have reset them also. I have 1 other Arlo Pro 4 camera along with 2x Floodlight cameras and 4x Pro 5S 2K cameras that connect no issue. I have also noticed that there is a micro USB connection on the side of the Arlo Pro 4 cameras when not in their case, what are those used for? And how can i get my 2 Pro 4 cameras to connect?

Try a reset on those cameras:

I suspect the USB port is for factory use only.

I can not get my Arlo Pro 4 to reconnect after a factory reset.  It keeps saying it can't find it.  I've tried 3 times. Help!

Did you also remove the camera from your account before trying to add it again? You can't add a device that's already in your account, even with resetting.

I have done all that and it never seems to find them. They have never been added to my app, so this is the first time trying to connect
