I think my camera A2X39A7BA20CC H9 is a pro 4 but I’m not sure, can someone please confirm which model it is ?
secondly, the above camera keeps going off line when using Arlo hub 4540. I am thinking of connecting it directly to an EAP225 which is connected to the same router but has a different LAN, that’s if it is a Pro4 camera?

Method 1:
- remove the camera from the housing
- remove the battery
- there will be a label insidel
Method 2:
- go into the support area of the app
- select the camera
- scroll down to the bottom and look at the product field.
