I think my camera A2X39A7BA20CC H9 is a pro 4 but I’m not sure, can someone please confirm which model it is ?

secondly, the above camera keeps going off line when using Arlo hub 4540. I am thinking of connecting it directly to an EAP225 which is connected to the same router but has a different LAN, that’s if it is a Pro4 camera?

Method 1:

  1. remove the camera from the housing
  2. remove the battery
  3. there will be a label insidel

Method 2:

  1. go into the support area of the app
  2. select the camera
  3. scroll down to the bottom and look at the product field.
  4. Match the product info against list here: https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/docs
