On Thursday and again Friday/Saturday, I'm having issues with seeing activity on my arlo cameras. Last night I had something stolen out of my front yard that was well within the "zone" I have set up and there was nothing recorded. Has anyone else been experiencing these issues? I'm so frustrated that it had no record of your yard art being stolen. Isn't this the purpose of having cameras? So unhappy.
Thanks for any feedback.

It's hard to say what may have happened but you should probably test to see if you can determine why no recording was made. It could be the direction of the person's movement since directly at the camera is the hardest to detect. The distance may also be an issue since the PIR sensor can only detect people out to maybe 25 feet. You may need to reposition your camera as well as increase the motion sensitivity in your modes and rules to maximize the ability to capture what you need.

It's easy to say what happened.
The cameras failed to do their job.
I had THREE bikes stolen and my pro 3 system never caught a thing, what a surprise, however my neighbours cheap £20 ebay camera caught it all, so luckily the police traced the van and I got my bikes back.
Arlo do NOT care about you @Dogs-rule, they only care about pushing out new cameras with the same old software bugs and pimping for subscription plans.
Like apple they realised that the products they made were actually very good so and no one cared about plans so they did the usual and stymied them with bad software.
It's no secret that Arlo in the US has had to pay out millions in compensation in class action lawsuits.
