I have the same base station and noticed I lost connection yesterday on all my Pro 2 cameras, including my wired video doorbell. Tried rebooting and power cycling the base but it’s not even trying to connect. With all the recent firmware and app updates, I wonder if something broke?

We changed WiFi services. Just need to know how to sync the base station with the camera's. Nothing is broke. We unfortunately did a reboot when we changed internet service and it lost contact.

All you should need to do is plug the ethernet cable from the base into the new router.
What base do you have, and what is the LED status?
