I get an internal error when I try to log in the app after I set up the account

I down loaded the app on my android and set up the account and then tried to log in and get an internal error,  Any ideas?

Do you get a similar error when you log into my.arlo.com from a PC browser?

I have the same issue. When I open the Arlo app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 and enter my email and password it just says internal error and does not get past that. 

Android version 4.1.2

I have tried factory resetting the tablet and reinstalling the app, no luck.

Any ideas?

Android 4.1.2 may well be an issue. Older OSes aren't supported but I'm not sure where Arlo stands at the moment.
