How far can the Pro4 be from the wifi router?
You want a couple of megabits of upload and download bandwidth (at least 2, and ideally more), and a reliable connection.
Test using your phone to connect to your home wifi (mobile data disabled). The free ookla app (speedtest) is a good tool to measure upload and download speeds.
