Just paid for a subscription and all the footage stored in the app vanished! Can I retrieve it?
Any help is much appreciated. 🙏

Without a subscription, content will not be saved within the library. After purchasing a subscription, content will then begin saving within the library starting at the time the subscription was purchased.
If you had a trial or subscription plan that became inactive, any content that was in the library will have been deleted and is not recoverable.
