Is it possible to have one custom mode to cover Arlo Pro 4 cameras, Doorbell and VMB 4000 base station. I currently have a custom mode that arms/disarms cameras on the front of my house, while leaving my backyard cameras permanently disarmed.
I have added an Arlo Doorbell and and additional Pro 4 camera to the front of the house that are directly connected to wifi rather than the base station.
I would like a custom mode that can arm and disarm both the hub cameras and the direct to wifi camera and bell camera. This is to cover times when we are working in our front yard. Is this possible or will I need to arm/disarm hub, Pro 4 and doorbell separately?

The ideal setup is to have all cameras etc connected to a single base station so you can have control using a single mode operation.
I would suggest turning off the camera from the settings menu first as an alternative. You will still have to remember to turn them back on after the yard work same as changing modes on the base unless you wish to record yourself.
If you still have the old app experience then you would not have the confusion of using the new app experiment.

When I first installed the Arlo Doorbell I added it to my VMB 4000 base station but even though it was on the 3 month trial events from it did not show up in my Library history. I assumed this was because the my VMB and my older cameras are on the old free 7 day free library capability (which Arlo has decided to kill next month)?
The new Pro 4 camera is in a poor wifi area for the Base station and is much closer to one of my mesh routers, hence why it is directly connected to wifi. The retailer told me there was no problem mixing hub cameras and direct to wifi cameras. There obviously is if you you want to use one mode to control them all.

I don’t have an answer why you were not getting recordings when the pro4 were connected to the base station. You should have as the trial subscription is applied when added to the account. Arlo problem?
I have about 17 modes that I use for specific purposes using the old app version, the new app version reduces modes down to three.
More reduced functionality from arlo, I wish they had a brain or at least half of one to start with.
