The Arlo Secure Android app displays the message "Your Arlo device appears offline". My mobile browser keeps asking me to setup a paid account. But on my laptop, in the browser, I can see my camera's feed and make changes to settings.

Any tips?

Thanks!

Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? Is your mobile browser set to use the desktop version of the site?

Hi. When using the desktop site on my mobile device I get the same result. I can not get pass the prompt to sign up for the paid service.

I have uninstalled and installed the Arlo app, the issue remains.

Thank you

Are you using the same credentials as you use in the laptop?

I restarted my wifi network and now my laptop has the same issue.

Does the same occur over mobile data?

Right now I can see the camera feed in my mobile Android app and in my laptop's browser. It's been intermittently working.

Keep me updated on this and I will continue to look in to the issue.
