One of my Pro 4 cameras fails to save video

I have 2 pro4 cameras on a plan.
One is powered as its in a difficult to get to position, but it fails to record to the library.
I've gone through all the help files to trouble shoot. Rebooted, check for latest software, checked its decting movement, check deleted and reset zones, checked deleted and reset modes and it still fails to record to the library.
I can manually record and it will come back for a few mins, then fails to save again.
Really not happy that I've paid for a product and subscription service which is not doing as advertised.
Any thoughts on what I can do.

You could have a faulty camera or it might need a factory reset.

Have you tried removing the camera from your account and adding back in to start with.

Swap the two cameras and see if the problem moves with the camera or stays with the location.
If it moves with the camera (likely it will), then try @Dannybear's suggestions. They will be easier to try if the camera is accessible.
