Hello,
We purchased (3) Arlo Model VMC4041p Pro4 cameras and currently having some weird issues with them and im not sure if anyone else is. Basically all (3) cameras would go offline around the same exact time and then come back up randomly.
Here is what we have done troubleshooting wise:
Checked Wi-Fi Signal and eliminated all potential 2.4 interference from surrounding devices, so the channels are clear.
We also adjusted the Wi-Fi signal and power but this just made it worse
Checked Bandwidth but we aren't even close of saturating our download or upload speeds
Tested other devices from another WAP and same issue occurred
We swapped out the routers and still no luck.
We then took the cameras back to our main office and set them up on our bench and the cameras still kept going down. We even had the cameras 1-2 feet from the WAP and the cameras still kept dropping in and out randomly.
Nothing else on the network goes down, and we know this because we are able to ping to 8.8.8.8 just fine on an ethernet and Wi-Fi connection. But the cameras will all go offline at the same exact time and it doesnt matter what network they are on.
Also we see that the cameras are pinging 800-1000ms when they are idle but if we go into live mode they go up to 2-6ms.

This is a known problem which was reported to Arlo last year. It happens on the Pro4 and Pro3 security lights.
After much debug and IP traffic traces I isolated the problem to Arlo's back end servers. I provided all of this information to Arlo technical support and they have not been able to fix the problem.
The original posts and debug logs are here.
