I have an Arlo pro4 camera. People are giving me directions to subscribe but I can't see anything in settings that will let me subscribe. My current theory is that since my camera battery is dead, this makes it impossible to subscribe since maybe you need to be able to communicate with the camera in order to subscribe? But since my battery is dead and I can't figure out how to charge it, I just have dead and useless equipment. Can anybody help?

Did you go into the subscriptions section in the app (or at my.arlo.com)?

The only place I see anything that says subscription is in the support section of the app. Since I am not subscribed I cannot access phone support. I can't find anything related to subscriptions elsewhere in the app. I have updated the app. No one can answer my question. If you have a dead battery in your camera, is it even possible to sign up for a plan if there is no recognizable device to have a plan to sign up for? It's not too complicated of a question in my opinion and it would explain why I am stuck.

You should also see it in settings -> account. It should be there in both the app and my.arlo.com.
