Can't Subscribe to Arlo Secure

I have three cameras associated with my account, the trial ran out, when I click Subscribe Now it says "You need cameras in your account to start a subscription" Yes, thank you, I do have cameras, three in fact that work just fine. Oh and you cant chat with support without a subscription.

Is this from the primary account, or is it from a friend account?
