I have found the moderators in the community way more helpful than Arlo themselves. A big thank you to those that have reached out. little by little I am getting through the bugs. The instructions Arlo sends are useless. The naming does not match the menu's and drop downs that they give you. This makes it difficult to troubleshoot. I want to see which of my camera's is on subscription. The "subscription" tab is grey and can not be accessed. How do I confirm which camera's are on subscription, and more importantly which are not. Thank you.

FYI, if the directions support provided are some of the FAQs here, note that there's a link at the top that points to the other version. The app supports 2 interfaces - the old one that uses Library to view recordings and the new on that uses Feed. Support may have assumed you used one interface but you are using the other so use that link to see the proper directions.

great they called me it came up as spam so i didnt answer it freak me.

Can a moderator ask Arlo to try to contact me again. They have a one way phone number that is only outgoing. They did call and my service said it was spam so i didnt answer. I programmed it into my phone so i know it is them. My case is 44386698. Thanks
