Terrible service - no response and problem persits

Have an issue with faulty camera and charger as diagnosed by arlo, reported issue sent proof of purchase, numerous calls , never given an update, false promises and now told they don't have a replacement charger in stock at all - so even if they send me the replacement camera which i have been told several times was being dispatched i cant use it 

 

What a waste of time !!!

 

Paying for an extended warranty and they cant provide items - surely something wrong there- but happy to still take payment from me.

 

Cant escalate it to a manager as they don't take calls or emails - so 3 different agents have informed me 

 

No idea how to get this resolved taken 3 weeks now

Called arlo yet again today on number from app

recieved replacement parts yet despite having to provide invoices for originals clearly stating what was purchased I get sent the wrong parts 

agent apologies and promises reply with correct parts shipping details and no surprise - nothing yet again !!!!

I was waiting for a pro4 camera in white and get sent a pro 4 camera in black - despite having purchased a 4 pack in white originally 

second item was a replacement 25’ charger cable with plug - get sent a 3 ft indoor lead no plug !!!!

 

starting to lose the will to live trying to sort out what should be a simple task and fix 

 

in the meantime still being charged for service and extended warranty 


terrible customer journey 

would advise all to stay clear
