Junk, purchased it for Christmas 2023 and didn't even install it til September of 2024, worked fine for a little under 2 months and now the battery won't charge. Impossible to get ahold of customer service. So I'm stuck with a $200 piece of junk.

The warranty is 12 months, so it still might be active.
If you have a subscription, you can access Arlo Phone support via the support center in the app.
I'm tagging the mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC . @ShayneS - as they can create a support request on your behalf.
Is this the first time you tried to charge it after the install? Did you let the battery completely drain? That sometimes will make it hard to charge.

Another path is to get a charging station, as that likely would charge the battery. Arlo's is here:
There are third-party options that are less expensive. I've never used one of those, so that is just an FYI, and not a recommendation.

Are you still experiencing this symptom, I see you have a Pro 4 with a battery at 100%, is this the device?

yes, it is now at 100% after I had to take it down from the peak of my roof, and charge it directly with electric So now I know the camera can charge fully, just not with the solar panel. Are you able to see my camera information?

It sounds like the solar panel might be having an issue. May I ask when you purchased the solar panel?
