I have 3 arlo pro 4 cameras and was always receiving alerts to my email and a text message. Now when someone walks by cameras it will not send an alert to my email or text although my cell phone will ring like it received a text and tell me an alert on that camera but i can not see any video of the alert. Any ideas?

Did your 3 month trial subscription end? Check Settings, Subscription.

It sounds like the phone is still receiving alerts. You do need a subscription for cloud storage - have you checked your subscription status?

I didnt know I had to pay for subscription. I also have 2 original arlos at another house and always receive those videos of anything walking by. How do I pay subsciption?

The older cameras came with 7 days of free cloud storage. The newer cameras (starting with the Ultra in 2018) do not.

Log into your account on a PC/Mac (browse to my.arlo.com). Go into settings, and then subscription.

The Pro 4 is 2K, so Arlo Secure is a good option.
