I have 4 cameras, but only have this charging problem with one of them. Whenever I try to charge this camera, the camera won't charge.
I did proceed with the solution that I received from the automated service in Arlo, but nothing worked.
- The blue LED light didn't appear when I plugged in the charger with the battery intact within the camera, the blue LED light showed when I plugged in the charger without the battery intact.
- Have swatched battery from the camera that works into the camera with the one I'm having trouble charging, but still not charging.
I can't talk to live agent as Arlo says I'm not subscribed to live agent support. If this is the case, how can I get this camera back into working condition?

The factory reset was the solution!
It's back to normal now and the battery's now charging!

Is the camera still under warranty?

The hardware isn't repairable, so if that is the cause the only options are to
- charge batteries in another camera, and swap in the charged batteries
- purchase a VMC5400C charging station ( https://www.arlo.com/en-us/accessories/VMA5400C-100NAS.html )
- replace the camera
You could try a factory reset, and see if that helps.
