Downloaded images not found on Android Phone

Hi, I'm downloading images from my video library but they don't show in my photo gallery. Any idea where they could be?

Just tried it to be sure - they should be in Download. The Photos app shows images by default, not videos. Click on Library and then Download to find the videos or use the Files app to go there.
