My base nor my cameras are updating their firmware. I started looking into this because starting back in maybe June/July my batteries started dying in about 1-2 weeks whereas they used to last several months up to that point.
Base firmware: 1.24.0.1_1528_8938370
All 5 Pro 4 cameras firmware: 1.060.13.0_23_19c4503

Hi @Wegentryjr1
The latest firmware version is currently in a slow release phase, your devices will receive this and automatically update when the releases at 100%. I do not have an ETA at this time.
Regarding the battery drain, have you tried rebooting or reinserting the batteries?

Something has changed! All of my batteries are only lasting about a week now. Unacceptable! When did the last update roll out? Not this current one (that is hardly rolling out anyway), but the one prior to this one? I cannot recommend this product for any use that uses it's battery.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Sorry for the lapse in communications here. Frustrated with Arlo so I kind of just gave up. I'm reset everything back to factory, had the base station connect to all the cameras and reduced the battery performance to max battery. I'm still only getting about 2 weeks out a battery when I used to get several months. I'm some point I'll start looking at other solutions beyond Arlo.
