My Arlo was working fine until 2 days ago. I went into the ap, it said firmware required. I attempted multiple times no success. I reset the camera, now it won't connect back to the ap. The camera itself is on my wifi network:
VMC2030-A70F4 DHCP-39 dBm Wi-Fi 2.4G
I go through the blue blink, recognizes the code on the screen, then blinks orange. I tried on my phone, on the computer etc. Nothing is working.
I pay for the service, and it's not serving me any purpose now.

Maybe try arlo support (using the options in the app). Don't google a phone number, that's a good way to connect to a spam support site.

arlo support in the app directed me to a conference line phone number... not a support phone number.

How do you know what the supplied phone number is for? I just see a (supposedly) toll-free number.
