Hi,
I have been using my Arlo Pro4 for 6 mths. Unfortunately it’s now disconnected and I cannot get the app and camera reconnected.
I’m trying to find a way to reach Arlo support, but the closest I can get to engaging with a real person is the Chat Bot. Via the app doesn’t work and via the webpage doesn’t seem to have a “contact us” option.
Does anyone know how I can reach Arlo Support?

Go to the app and in settings select support and it will give you options. For phone support you need a subscription now.

This company is terrible for support. No recordings are showing and you can't get ahold of anyone. I tried to select support from the app and there is a constant failure. My dad put 12 cameras on his buildings and by far compared to other companies this one is by far the WORST. Worst at everything. You can't get ahold of anyone. And email support is a 3 day wait. Super frustrating. I would not recommend this company AT ALL

For recordings to be saved in the library with Arlo Pro 4, you need an Arlo Secure subscription. Do you have an active Arlo subscription or trial plan?
