Camera won't fit the camera casing (Manufacturing flaw)

According to the user manual, https://www.arlo.com/en-us/images/documents/arlopro4/Arlo_Pro4_Device_UM_NA.pdf,
"Insert the camera into the camera housing by pushing down on both the left and right sides of the camera until it clicks into place."
It never clicked into the position, the camera simply slides out of the casing. All 3 cameras showing the same issue. Wasted couple of hours on this.

Use both hands to hold the camera case and press with your thumbs on the face of the camera, near the sides. Don't press on the lens or in the middle of the camera face. It can take more effort than you think to get the click.
