cameras offline unable to reconnect

I'm having real issues with my 8 ArloPro4 essential cameras and base station... I've been on the phone most of the morning wit Arlo support.. They were very difficult to understand and they even hung up on me, when I asked for a supervisor... I called back the number that showed up on my cell phone and it went to voicemail... I called again to Arlo support and another hard to understand person told me I needed to pay $100 right now for help... I'm turning this matter over to my Attorney General of my state... I bought 12 total cameras, 1 base station, and 1 Arlo ring doorbell, about 6months ago, registered them set up an account, and they have been in use from day one... Totally unhappy wit the tech support I'm not getting...

  1. How did you find the phone number to call?  Googling will generally get you a scam support site.
  2. Did you get a paid subscription when the trial subscription ran out?
