Pro 4 will not record on motion

Pro 4 is providing a video stream but will not record on motion.  I have other Pro 4s in other locations with the same settings and they all record without issue.  I'm using the Advance Subscription.  Also trying to find out if I upgrade to the enterprise subscription provides phone assistance.

  1. Double check that the camera that isn't recording is still in the subscription plan.
  2. See if you can make a manual recording when livestreaming the camera.
