Has anyone has an issue with the wireless cameras shutting down due to cold temperatures?

Check the camera specs - at -4F/-20C the cameras will shut down to protect themselves (I assume the battery). There have been instances of using AC power that keeps the camera working at lower temps but you'd have to test to see if that works for you. If you do try, check it both with and without battery.

Your problem isn't temperature-related, and has its own discussion thread.
