The pictures are a bit misleading - these aren't just cables.  They have an integrated power adapter at the end that isn't shown.

Thank you for your reply.  Since it does not show the actual plug end, I am wondering if the supply end is like a regular plug that gets plugged into a regular power outlet?  I see that the camera end appears to be magnetic.  Thanks again for your reply.

Yes it is.  The other end on the US charger looks like this:
