Pro 4 Spotlight camera can't be added

I have 3 Pro 4 Spotlight cameras and was told I needed a firmware update for one of them.  The update kept failing so I removed the device and now can't add it back.  Anyone have a suggestion?  I've already spent a few hours trying everything suggested on the Arlo website.

Did you try a factory reset?
