Got an email saying some of my products are not supported due to the Arlo End-of-Life Policy. It also provides a coupon code. However that coupon code is invalid when I place new orders.
Would you send me a valid coupon code for the order?

Check the expiration date on the coupon.

There is no specific expiration date in that email. The picture I attached is full email.

Yes, I see that the expiration isn't stated in the email text.
If you'd clicked on the "redeem" button when you received it last January, you'd have seen that it expired in July.
