Hey there,
I've shared multiple cameras with another email address, but when they log in it says they don't have an account or whatever and it doesn't allow them to view the cameras that were shared with that email address. Can someone help?

Can you provide specific details on the "or whatever"?
Is the invitation showing up as "accepted" in your account? Or is it still "pending"?

All the invitations say accepted, they have created the account and logged in and this is the screen they see. When we should have well over 14 cameras for them to view.

Their app screen shows "Feed" and Dashboard" at the bottom. Your's likely shows the older "Library".
To solve this, you will need to migrate your app to "Feed". The way to do this is to go into "add device" and add a Pro 5s camera or a home security system. This will fail (because you don't own one), but the process will include a prompt to migrate you to Feed.
Once done, there is no way to revert back to "Library". There are still some bugs and limitations with "Feed" - one of the bigger limitations is that there are no custom modes. The three built-in ones (Armed Home, Armed Away, and Standby) can be edited, but you cannot add new ones.

YESSSSSS!!! Thank you, StephenB! This was the answer for me. My account was on the older version, but I couldn't find anything in the UI to force the upgrade. Who knew it was hidden in the "add a Pro 5s" flow?
