Hi,
I have Pro 4 cameras that worked great when I bought them. Detected the deer in my yard nightly that were anywhere from 10-25 feet from the camera. My free 3 month trial ended, set up paid subscription, no more deer detected even as I watch them out the back window. Cameras continue to detect people and even my small 15lb dog when we walk around the house. Checked all the settings, animal detection, removed cameras from app and set up again, reset cameras, nothing.
Any thoughts?

If the camera detects people and small animals, it seems likely that sensitivity is dialed in correctly and the camera is working as expected.
The most likely scenario is the deer are beyond the cameras effective range (5-20 feet). While objects beyond the effective range can sometimes be captured, it becomes significantly less reliable.
