We have Ultra Pro 4 cameras x3..my husband and I both had access to these cameras on our phones but today all access has been denied on my husband's phone and we can't get it restarted any suggestions..when I called Arlo they said I had to pay a $100 fee to allow another person onto my account?? Is this true??
