I have two Arlo Pro 2 Cameras connected to Hub so question is Arlo Pro 4 can be added to same Hub? or I have to get a Arlo Pro 3 Hub?

Did you check the compatibility FAQ in the support section here? The 4000 is compatible:

  • Compatible with: Arlo Ultra, Ultra 2, Essential wire-free, Pro 3, Pro 3 Floodlight Camera, Pro 2, Pro, Wire-Free, Video Doorbell, and Audio Doorbell.

Arlo Pro 4 is missing

That link  is not updated yet. In the Pro4 manual there are instructions for connecting to a base/hub and the 4000 is listed.
