I have one app and two Arlo systems at two different locations. The pro 3 camera needed recharged which I did. Could not get camera to turn on. I uninstalled camera from app, now it will not reinstall, error states camera cannot be discovered. I don't want to uninstall everything because it was a bear last time to get up and running. Thought might be battery purchased, charged and installed new battery still will not discover camera.

In case you’re not aware you have to be connected to the local network router modem either by wifi or Ethernet to import cameras.
If the mobile app will not work then try using a pc browser.

Since it was problematic to get onboarded initially, this may point to a faulty camera. Use Settings, Support to start a possible RMA claim.
