Has anyone found a solution to the loud crackling sounds that are recorded with the Pro 3 floodlight? Seems worse when the lights are on, and not as bad during daylight hours. I've even received a replacement, and the crackling is just terrible. It's not my network because I have another arlo a few feet away facing a different direction, and that one is fine. They had me do pretty much everything to troubleshoot... now I'm wondering if it's the battery causing interference, or if the lights can create audible crackling sounds that are detectable by the device?

How does it plug in and operate without a battery? The battery is the only source of power since it doesn’t run on ac.

Is this an essential camera or a Pro 3 floodlight? It can run on ac power without the battery. This would be for trouble shooting purposes.

It’s a pro 3 floodlight. How would I hook it up to ac power?

You will have to plug it in.

Of course, but there’s no ac port or cable/plug. Only the usb charging cable that hooks up to the battery.

Sorry, I assumed you had the magnetic charging cable to attach under the camera. I can have my L3 team look in to this and I'll provide an update as soon as possible.
