my recordings have disappeard. Has this happened to anyone else?

I made a payment to my account in September. Per my subscription account. Arlo deleted all my recordings because on October 12 ? they didn't apply a payment? Or don't know that a lot of people are out of work but when I called them to resolve the case they keep messing with me. In any event 5 months of recordings are gone. Without warning. I guess Arlo doesn't understand 1. Grace period 2. 40 million unemployed 3. Covid 4. People dying.
My mother died in September so sorry Arlo was thinking about something else

Arlo Smart plans save library content for up to 30 days, not 5 months. After 30 days, the content will automatically be deleted. Without a plan, recordings will automatically be deleted.
You can always back up and save your recordings locally if you wish to review them later.
