iOS Arlo app not showing local records

Hi,

The library keeps loading but not showing any recordings. I tried wifi, 4g conntection, reset the home station by the button behind, reinstalled the app, formatted usb flash drive, changed a new usb flash drive. Devices are in the latest firmware. None of these work.

You do have the VMB4540 Smart Hub you listed correct? My pull down for the 4540 shows Smart Hub not Base like your photo.  If you have a base model you won't be able to see local recordings in the app. 

I assume you no not have a current subscription for cloud recordings since your talking about local not cloud. 

What is Direct Storage Access and how do I use it? (arlo.com)
