Are you using the arlo supplied charger cable, and recommend adapter or using a charging station?

The indoor charging cable for the Pro 3/Ultra won't charge the floodlight - you either need to use the outdoor charger, or the internal microusb port.
If you used the microusb port, then maybe try a different cable.
